Terms Of Service Agreement

• Service will be terminated if payment due is not received 7 days after due date. Please contact our lead administrator is you will be unable to make payment due to going on vacation or other person reasons not exceeding 14 days past due of payment.
• Loss of service, data or revenue is not our responsibility, these things happen on the Internet and we hope our clients understand we will try our best to minimize these situations.
• Illegal or inappropriot content will not be tolerated and will be grounds for account termination. This includes illegal file sharing and adult content.
• While bandwidth is unlimited we do not allow our clients to use our services for anything other that what the site is intended for. We approve all our sites and do not take on "all comers". We run a tight ship on every server we own and we intend on keeping every client using them a good "ship mate" so other clients can equally enjoy the benefits of working with our administration team.
• If your website is the root of Denial Of Service Attacks (DoS) or any sort we are obligated to halt your service for the safety of our clients and server. Your account may be restored however excessive attacks will lead to perminate termination of services.
• Access to the source code of your website is not available until you buy out your site or complete all your payments from your month-to-month agreement that has come to add up to the full cost of the site (original buy out price). You will be provided an FTP for file uploads of a custom nature for your website.
• All agreements above may be terminated at anytime for any reason by the adminstration and staff of this network. No refunds are valid or obligation to files you may have already uploaded or your database are our duty to give you upon account termination. Loss of files and service due to account termination is not our responsibility.
